Varro Labs came out of a problem all three of us kept hitting separately: the AI our companies bought had no idea what our companies knew. Today we work across three time zones, so the day never really closes.
We watched good companies buy AI twice and abandon it twice. Not because the technology was weak, but because it had no context, no reliability, and no security anyone could stand behind.
