Only work email. Decided before anything is stored.

Each person connects their own Gmail and Drive. Every new email is classified as work or personal first. Work is indexed, personal is never stored, and anything in between is left for its owner to decide.

  • Each person sets their own confidence threshold, 90% by default
  • Keywords that usually mean work, such as a supplier, or personal, such as a family name
  • Drive files stay in Drive: Varro keeps the searchable text and a link back
  • Spam, trash and email attachments are never indexed

Varro is not a pile of files. Each document belongs to someone, keeps its versions, and changes only with its owner's approval.
